Today we head uptown to the Fashion Institute. There is a Pink exhibition, not the performer, the colour.  We wander the vast collection, which showcases how pink has been used through the ages and in popular culture. It is a very fascinating exhibition, with lots of interesting and fun facts and stories about the colour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterwards we head across to Hudson yards and see the Vessel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We then walk the Highline, which starts at Hudson Yards, around 34th<\/sup>\u00a0Street and we walk all the way to the end or start as the case may be! 14th<\/sup>\u00a0Street. There are a number of interesting artworks along the way, including a number of very anti Donald Trump statues and murals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once we reach 14th<\/sup> Street we look at each other and its obvious, another visit to Bosie is on the cards. So we wander down to 4th<\/sup> Street and work our way across to Morton Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We spend a delightful couple of hours in Bosie: as we always do. We chat, laugh and loose ourselves in our phones as we explore more things to do for the rest of the trip and sip tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As always we must drag ourselves away to leave, it\u2019s always hard. Our little oasis away from everything: our cares, our worries slip away, we immerse ourselves in each other\u2019s company, something hard to do in a city of 11 Million, but we do it and Bosie allows us to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterwards we head up to 42nd<\/sup> and 5th<\/sup> Avenue and explore the library. It is beautifully lit at night and I take some photos I\u2019m pretty happy with. We spend an age in the shop, always full of interesting bits and pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We skip dinner, we are still full from our visit to Bosie and so walk home along 42nd<\/sup>\u00a0before turning into 6th<\/sup>\u00a0and working our way to 44th<\/sup>\u00a0and home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
